BOARD TYPE
SINGLE WALLED BOARD
Single wall board is one of the popular board quality. In this type, a flute section is placed in between two cardboard sheets. It makes the box more durable. Therefore, they are mainly used as shipping boxes.
DOUBLE WALLED BOARD
Double wall board are well known for its extremely durable quality. It combine two flute layers and three corrugated sheet layers which physical strengthen its durability level and weight support.

PRODUCT DESIGN
REGULAR SLOTTED CARTON (RSC)
RSC boxes are used for a wide range of applications due to their versatility and ease of assembly.

Rectangular Shape: RSC boxes have a rectangular shape, which makes them efficient for storing and transporting goods.

Flaps: The top and bottom of the box have four flaps - two shorter ones and two longer ones. These flaps can be folded to close the box securely.

Slotted Design: The box is designed with slots that allow the flaps to interlock and provide structural integrity when the box is assembled.

TOP & BOTTOM CARTON
This type packaging where there are two separate carton pieces—one for the top and one for the bottom—used to enclose and protect a product.
In this context, a "Top Carton Box" could refer to the upper part of a two-piece packaging solution, and a "Bottom Carton Box" would be the lower part. These two pieces could fit together to form a complete package.
FULL-OVERLAP SLOTTED CARTON (FOL)
Full-overlap carton flaps on the top and bottom of the box are longer and fully overlap each other when folded. This overlap creates additional layers of cardboard at the corners, enhancing the box's overall structural integrity.

Strength and Durability: The full-overlap design increases the box's resistance to crushing, impacts, and rough handling during transportation. The extra layers of cardboard at the corners provide reinforcement, making the box suitable for heavier or fragile items.

Secure Closure: The overlapping flaps create a secure closure that helps to keep the contents of the box protected and contained.
FIVE PANEL FOLDER (FPF)
The box consists of a single piece of corrugated cardboard that is creased and scored to create five panels. These panels include a large front panel, a large back panel, and smaller side panels that fold in to create the box.​

Versatility: It's commonly used for packaging items like books, picture frames, electronic devices, clothing, and more.

Protection: The overlapping panels provide strength and protection to the contents of the box.
NESTING DIE-CUT
Nesting Die-Cut involves arranging these shapes in a way that optimizes material usage and minimizes waste.

Tidy Arrangement: Nesting separated product arrangement into tidy column to increased resistant.

Complex Shapes: Nesting can be particularly useful when dealing with irregular or complex shapes.
WHITE CARTON REGULAR SLOTTED CARTON
This type of corrugated carton box has exact same type compare to normal RSC carton but with white outlook printed.
